I had issues with my Volvo s60 d4’s DPF and EGR and got a diagnosis and quote from a diesel specialist that was over $5500 just for a clean. After talking to Alex on the phone and booking my car in he’s fixed all the issues and tuned my car so well it honestly feels like I’ve upgraded to a Polestar haha. I couldn’t be happier! Alex and his crew worked on my car tirelessly for hours and it cost half the price of the original quote literally!! He found problems in my car that didn’t show up on the original diagnosis and fixed them basically as a free extra. If I knew now what I didn’t know before taking my car to him I would’ve went to the men at Eu Auto straight away. Thanks heaps ~ David L
FLAWLESS REPAIR, AMAZING SERVICE, OUTSTANDING VALUE. Mechanically speaking, this is the best experience I have ever had. Auto Masters told me “No pressure in the third cylinder and the engine is cactus.” Mercedes Dealership said it would cost more to fix than it’s worth. Alex at EU Auto listen to the engine, shook his head and said, “They’re wrong. It sounds like the coil.” He gently placed his hand on the engine and nodded, “Let me do a quick check.” He gave a surprisingly affordable quote on the spot (replaced all 4 for $650) and an hour later my car and I were happy to be back on the road. In fact, the car’s never driven better in its life. I can’t stop smiling. Show your car how much you love it. Take it to the engine whisperers at EU Auto. They won’t steer you wrong. I had a flat battery just around the corner from EU Auto and wasn’t sure what to do. I gave them a call and even though they don’t usually offer mobile services, one of the team came out to help me out straight away. Got the car started and I was back on the road within minutes.
